Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed laws that completely ban advertising of non-traditional sex.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): According to Russian laws and social rules of the country, after this screening, films with materials that promote sexual relations and non-traditional preferences and gender change were banned throughout Russia.
 
Advertisements and publications depicting and promoting non-traditional sexual relations, sexual preferences and gender reassignment are prohibited - books, films and audio-visual services will also be prohibited from advertising to LGBT people.
 
The sale of goods, including foreign goods, with the promotion of non-traditional sexual relations, sexual preferences, and gender reassignment is prohibited, and three administrative articles have been compiled in this regard.
 
1- Responsibility for promoting pedophilia is fined for citizens up to 800,000 rubles, for organizations up to 10 million, and for foreigners, in addition to the fine, deportation from Russia.
 
2- Responsibility for publishing descriptions or pictures of non-traditional sexual relations/preferences among minors (fine for citizens up to 200 thousand rubles, for organizations up to 4 million and for foreigners, in addition to the fine, they will be deported from Russia.
 
3- Prohibition of any advertising of non-traditional sexual relations/preferences, and not only among minors (and fines increase from 100,000 rubles to 400,000 rubles for citizens and from 1 million to 5 million for organizations.
 
4- The federal executive body for the protection of the rights of individuals will have the authority to provide order and supervision of the Internet in order to discover information and programs whose access is restricted as part of the ban on the promotion of LGBT people and pedophilia.
