Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Hussaini Mazari in the question and answer session in the group of women:

A woman is the main history maker and stage director of society/ Women should be demanding to solve their problems within the framework of Islamic laws
Hussaini Mazari, in the question and answer session held by the women's section of the Tebyan Center in Mashhad, emphasized that the women of the society should coordinate to solve their own problems within the framework of Islamic laws and make demands from the society and the Islamic Emirate. The problems of today's society in Afghanistan are the marginalization of women. Of course, the women who were played by the westerners under the title of civil society and worked against the Islamic society are a separate account! But unfortunately, our religious educated women are passive and a deadly silence reigns over them. While there should be a fruitful and organized activity by women not only for themselves but also to solve the general problems of the society inside and outside the country.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Holy Mashhad: A meeting on the topic of investigating the problems and challenges that have arisen for Afghan women, by the Tebyan Social Cultural Activities Center in Holy Mashhad, with the presence of the head of the Tebyan Social Cultural Activities Center and a group of cultural women, seminarians and a university was held. Considering the recent events in the country and the bans created in the process of women's education, Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Hussaini Mazari answered the questions and mental concerns of the women present at the meeting.

Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Sayed Isa Hussaini Mazari, the head of Tebyan Cultural and Social Activities Center, welcomed the participants in this meeting and said: We at Tebyan Center are concerned about our compatriots, especially the women of our land, and we are doing our best to solve their problems, and we hope that all of you are pure believers. And be sincere to Hazrat Fatima Zahra (s.a.) and implement the characteristics of her life in all areas of your life. We are ready to hear your questions in this meeting and be at your service as much as possible.

As the first question, Atefeh Qudsi, the director of one of Kabul's high schools, addressed Hussaini Mazari regarding the closing of universities to women: You have already stated your opposition clearly, do you have a plan to solve this problem or not?

In response to this question, the head of the Center for Cultural and Social Activities said: Our plan is only to advise and talk with those involved in the Islamic Emirate and to present a proposal and tell the dangers of their action. Although, in this case, the analysis of the Emiratis is also the right analysis, which they say, considering that the West has been working on the Afghan education system for twenty years, therefore, during these years, the universities have not had any output for the benefit of the Afghan people. The western education system has completely separated Afghan students from Islamic laws, and it can be said that it is corrupt and unhealthy in all dimensions.

He added: What crown did the university graduates put on the head of the nation and what reasonable and positive economic, cultural and social work did they do for the society? If we check, the failure of the work of our educated people in the country is much more than their population. Many of them became the playthings of America's arrogant plans and conspiracies and worked for their interests. Even the students who received scholarships from Islamic movements! And even the students who returned to the country from Iranian seminaries, shaved their beards, shook hands with women, sat at the table of wine and committed hundreds of crimes.

Hussaini Mazari stated: Of course, I do not deny that our academics did a good job and there were good teachers and workers among them, but their work was not structured and organized and brought strength to our people. Their activity was scattered and did not bring strength. When there is no power, you cannot do anything for the people and the country.

The head of Tebyan Center stressed that in the past twenty years, the parties, currents and students who were in the universities did not have a positive output for the society, and said: Did they establish a public university, high school and elementary school for the people? If they did this, it was private schools with the purpose of business. They took money from people and taught lessons; they did not do anything special for the society, and in the discussion of the development of the country.

Referring to the fact that the Islamic Emirate wants to create changes in universities, he added: The Islamic Emirate tried hard to remove the country's educational atmosphere from the western situation and make it in accordance with the Islamic decrees, so that Sharia issues are respected and the relationship between women and men in the educational space will decrease. As in the Islamic Republic of Iran, universities were closed for a long time at the beginning of the revolution. Now the Islamic Emirate has come and closed the women's university, but this trend will definitely not continue.

Regarding the closure of universities, the head of the Tebyan Center for Social Cultural Activities said to the Islamic Emirate: You should have changed the educational system first, made the conditions of the universities Islamic and solved the problems.

Hussaini Mazari, in completing the above article, noted: Afghanistan's progress requires that social bases be provided for the Islamic Emirate more than in the past. You should not prevent the education of women in such a situation where the pressures of public opinion and the region and the world are against you who are half of the body of the society. This action of yours adds a lot of attack and pressure against the government. By doing this, you provided the space for abuse for your opponents inside and outside. In any case, we are working towards the opening of universities and schools and the provision of women's work in various fields, and we will definitely oppose the continuation of this process, even if it is not in our interest inside Afghanistan. But the solution to this issue is only dialogue and interaction with the Emirate, and the uproar, controversy and swearing against the Emirate in real and virtual space will not lead anywhere. The society must act in a reasonable way and pursue the removal of the ban on women's education.

He also added: We accept reasonable and legitimate issues and criticisms related to the Islamic Emirate. If we say that we are interacting with the Islamic Emirate, it is because of the positive characteristics of the Emirate and this has led us to interact. Those indicators are indicators that are acceptable to us intellectually. We put forward some conditions and said that along with the characteristics that you have, these conditions of ours should also be accepted! If you do not accept these conditions, your positive indicators will not reach anywhere. Therefore, we will not accept anything that is done in Afghanistan that is against reason and Sharia, and we will cooperate with the Islamic Emirate to the extent that it leads to the interests of Islam and ends with the territorial integrity of the country.

Question) Mrs. Askari, a student of economics, also raised the question that the Tebyan center, considering that it wants more women to be present in the society, what plans and programs does it have for them?

Hussaini Mazari pointed out that the basic philosophy of Tebyan social and cultural activities center is to provide services to the society and this center has prepared the ground for the presence of women in the society in various ways, including obtaining scholarships for women and their participation in social activities. For their own sake, women should enter the stage and use the suitable space provided by the Tebyan Center for Social Cultural Activities for their activities, and if they have any plans and ideas, they should present them and cooperate with the offices of the Tebyan Center in real and virtual space.

Addressing the women, the head of Tebyan Center emphasized the need to have a political spirit and said: Girls like you are expected to have a political spirit. We all have a duty to work in relation to the policies of the country and for the benefit of the nation. You ladies should not only enter this field yourself, but also encourage others to serve for Islam and religion in the country and have a reasonable view of the country's issues. Women should work together with Tabyan Center to remove obstacles, especially in the field of solving the many social problems and harms of the immigrants.

Question) Ms. Dr. Rezaei, lecturer at the university and the university and another participant of this meeting, emphasizing the importance of the position of women in Islam, requested the presentation of the definition of a Muslim woman by the head of the Tebyan center and raised the question that the Tebyan center in the field of women so far What activities have been done?

Hussaini Mazari, pointing out that the Tebyan Center has done the most work in the field of women, said: Our view of women is that women are transformative. Women are the main history makers of society.

Great personalities such as Imam Khomeini, Imam Khamenei and Sardar Soleimani all grew from the pure women. Successful personalities of the world definitely have good and influential women by their side.

The head of the Tebyan Center pointed out: A woman is a teacher of the family, and because she is a teacher of the family, she is also a teacher of the community. If a woman acts well in the family, she will also act correctly in the society, and if she acts in an organized and serious society, she can lead a revolution. Throughout history, women have been both the destroyer of society and the builder of society. In today's world as well, both Imam Hussainis of the time grew from the womb of women and Yazidis of the time.

He added: "From the beginning of our entry into the field of struggle, this has been our view towards the position of women and there has been no change in our view." However, I must say that, unfortunately, much work has been done on the issue of Afghan women. During the communist era, there was less oppression against women and during the republican era, the most injustice was done to women. In the current situation, the presence of active women figures in various real and virtual fields of the Islamic society of Afghanistan and among the immigrants is extremely empty, while women should be the main stage managers of the society. Now, within the framework of Tebyan Center, this opportunity is available for women to be present and grow and develop and serve the society.

Question) Farzana Naseri, Bachelor of Political Science and Law and another participant of this meeting, raised a question about the educational conditions for girls and said: Due to the existing problems, most of the female students were forced to emigrate, among them a serious problem. There are many who have not brought their educational certificates with them, and the universities require them to have educational documents stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to continue their studies. Does Tebyan Center have any arrangements in this regard?

In response to this question, the head of the Center for Social Cultural Activities pointed out: Considering the new circumstances that have arisen, this matter can be followed up, and on the other hand, considering the announcement of the cooperation of several Iranian universities regarding the recruitment of compatriot girls, there is a high probability that the problem will be resolved. . Those who have a degree can solve their.

He went on to say: This year, we registered new arrivals at Imam Reza (AS) and Ahl al-Bayt (AS) University and provided them with at least a bachelor's degree. We have an understanding and contract with Islamic Azad University and Shahid Beheshti University to introduce students in different fields. For the next year, we will try to take action to solve the problems of women's education, or to solve the problems of women's education in Afghanistan, or to provide the basis for their education in Iran.

Hussaini Mazari emphasized the need for women to be demanding: the women of the society should be coordinated and aligned in order to solve their own problems within the framework of Islamic laws and make demands from the society and the Islamic Emirate. Unfortunately, one of the problems that currently exist in the society is the marginalization of women. Of course, the women who were under the title of civil society, were the playthings of the westerners and worked against the Islamic society, have a separate account! But educated Muslim women are unfortunately passive and are on the sidelines and do not have a serious and enthusiastic presence in society, and a deadly silence reigns over the level of educated Muslim women's society. While there should be a vibrancy and fruitful and organized activity by women not only for themselves but also to solve the problems of the society both inside and outside the country.

Question) Hasna Sahabi, Majored in the field of pharmacy, also pointed to the problems of newly arrived immigrants from Afghanistan and said: There are some immigrants who cannot go to school or university because they do not have a census card. Does Tebyan Center have a solution to this problem?

In response to this question, this expert on social issues said: We did a lot of follow-up regarding the education of students from families who were forced to migrate due to the recent developments. At first, it was supposed that those who have just arrived and even have a census card will not be accepted, but we talked to the competent authorities and this problem was almost solved, and registration in schools is done by referring to the sponsorship offices. But those who have just arrived and have not yet been counted, these are in fact illegal immigrants, unless we follow up again and provide the basis for another census. In every meeting we have had with the officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran, we have raised the issue of the problems of immigrants and we hope that these issues will be resolved in general.

Hussaini Mazari added: This census was due to the very serious follow-up of the Tebyan Center and the move that the Tebyan Center made due to the discussion of immigrants and to reduce the problems of the compatriots in front of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This action made the Islamic Republic of Iran's view of the immigrants to be positive and the census plan was implemented. This action of ours in front of the embassy, in the first stage, was only because of the conditions of the immigrants. Considering that we knew that our work was dangerous and risky to the extent that this work caused the officials of our offices in Kabul and Herat to be arrested and our offices to be closed for six months, but this action was taken due to the importance of improving the conditions of the two countries.

Lila Aramhar, PhD student in philosophy and head of the Darul-Quran section of Tebyan Center in Mashhad, said: I was not very familiar with Afghanistan until I got to know Tebyan Center, after entering this cultural center I did a lot of inquiry and research about this country, but the thing that became clear to me is the lack of responsibility of the ethnic groups towards each other's fate! If something unpleasant happens to a tribe, the rest of the tribes remain silent or do not even reflect on it. Of course, this lack of unity is due to not having or accompanying a single leader. The importance of this point becomes clear when Hazrat Ali (a.s.) says about He who does not accompany the leader of the society and puts himself to sleep will wake up with the kick of the enemy.

Regarding the events and the deprivation and restrictions that have happened to women, she said: "Unfortunately, a strange silence and lack of demands has cast a shadow on the women of the Afghan society." This indifference and this irresponsibility can be the basis for further restrictions. For example, the riots that occurred in Iran for a hundred days and finally subsided with the suppression of the rioters, was a complete and clear example of a media war and the use of virtual space in creating a sense of rioting against the position of the revolutionaries and ending it.

At the end of the meeting, Sadat Masoumi, deputy head of the Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) in Mashhad, stated two major problems of immigrants: Although some women are heads of families and need labor cards, labor cards are not issued to women.

She also said: Due to the closure of universities in the country, the Islamic Republic of Iran has accepted the admission of more than 55,000 Afghan female students but the problem is that for the registration of these students, academic records and transcripts are required, which unfortunately are not provided by the universities of Afghanistan. We request the head of Tebyan Social and Cultural Activities Center to follow up on these matters.
