UNAMA
The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) has said about the 40 million dollar package of cash that arrived in Afghanistan yesterday that this money is used by the United Nations organizations to support humanitarian activities.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The United Nations Deputy Mission in Afghanistan "UNAMA" said on its Twitter page today Sunday (January 15, 2023) about the package of 40 million dollars in cash that arrived in Afghanistan yesterday that this money is in the account of the United Nations. It will be transferred to one of the private banks.

In this announcement, UNAMA added that this money is used by UN agencies to support humanitarian activities. Announcing the shipment of UN money by an entity that is not related to the UN is propaganda and useless.

This is despite the fact that yesterday Da Afghanistan Bank announced in a newsletter that a new aid package of forty million US dollars in cash has arrived in Kabul.

In the newsletter of this bank, it is stated: As part of the series of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan, forty million US dollars in cash arrived in Kabul today.

Da Afghanistan Bank welcomed the humanitarian aid of the international community and called for more cooperation in this field.

It should be remembered that since the beginning of the process of sending humanitarian aid to Afghanistan, almost two billion US dollars of humanitarian aid has reached the country.
