Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) Kabul: Residents of Taleqan city, the capital of Takhar province, say that they heard a huge explosion at 2:10 a.m. on Thursday, January 19, 2023.
 
According to the residents of Taleghan, the explosion occurred in front of the governor's office of the Islamic Emirate in Takhar province.
