The spread of cancer after the US occupation of Iraq
The head of the Union of Iraqi Pharmacists says that since the presence of the American occupying forces in Iraq, we have seen a very significant increase in cancer among Iraqi citizens.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Mustafa Al-Hiti, head of the Iraqi Pharmacists' Union, says that since the presence of the American occupying forces in Iraq, we have seen a significant increase in cancer among Iraqi citizens.

According to the Iraqi information base, Dr. Elahiti said: "Although there are no accurate statistics regarding the number of cancer patients in Iraq, but after the beginning of the occupation of Iraq by America and until today, we have seen an increase in cancer incidence for various reasons. I am among the Iraqis."

According to this Iraqi expert, there are several reasons for the spread of cancer among Iraqis, the first of which was the availability of radioactive material remains in the Iraqi Nuclear Energy Organization, which caused these materials to be in an unprotected form among the Iraqi people.

The second case from this expert's point of view; It was the use of depleted uranium by American forces that caused a huge number of people, especially civilians, to be exposed to weak radioactive radiation.

Since 2003, America has tried to increase its influence and presence in Iraq under various pretexts. This influence, which has become an intervention, has not resulted in security for Iraq because ISIS attacked Iraq during the presence of American troops and took over a third of the country's geography. However, this intervention has had many challenges for Iraq.
