Continued detention of Afghan immigrants in Pakistan
Following the arrests of Afghan immigrants in Pakistan, more than 20 others have recently been arrested in Islamabad, the capital of this country, and transferred to an unknown place.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Pakistan's domestic media reports that these people were arrested around 10:00 PM on Friday night (February 3) from "Baharko" area of Islamabad city.
According to the media, the Pakistani police took away all the communication devices of these migrants, including their mobile phones and laptops.
These sources said that the Pakistani police did not say anything about the reason for arresting these people, and other Afghan immigrants who lived in the blocks of "Baharko" area ran away from fear.
Meanwhile, the Pakistani police has confirmed the arrest of 15 Afghan refugees and says: "Investigations have started on the documents of these 15 people and they will be released soon."
