Ali Shamkhani, the secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, has warned in this meeting that the failure of the Islamic Emirate to establish a comprehensive government and the delay in this matter will cause problems in Afghanistan.
Iranian media have reported, quoting Mr. Shamkhani, that further delay in pursuing political mechanisms for the participation of all ethnic groups and parties in governance, as well as other matters of stability in Afghanistan, will not only bring no advantage, but will add to the country's current problems.
Nikolai Patrushev, the secretary of the Russian National Security Council, has also said that the weapons left by America in Afghanistan may be sold to terrorist groups or used in a possible war between Afghans.
The fourth meeting of the national security advisers of the countries of the region was held on May 27, 2022 in the city of Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, and there were many emphasizes on the formation of an inclusive government and the fight against terrorism in Afghanistan.
It should be noted that the Islamic Emirate was not invited to the fifth meeting of national security advisers of the countries of the region in Moscow.
