Afghan Voice Agency(AVA)_Monitoing, Deputy Interior Minister, Abdul Haq Hamkar, met with local officials and ethnic elders of that province on an official trip to Helmand, according to Interior Ministry.
On his visits he stressed, collecting addicts and treating them, as well as preventing the cultivation of poppy, and asked the relevant authorities to pay attention on the matter well.
