Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, 16 salt refining and 14 cooking oil production factories in Talaqhan the capital of Takhar closed for lack of operating permits, non-compliance with health laws and non-compliance with environmental sanitation, said Dr. Abdul Qahar Ahmadi, the head of public health in Takhar, to Bakhtar News Agency.
These factories could resume their operations by obtaining work permits and respecting the environmental and personal hygiene in their work environment, he said.
He underlined that the monitoring of the activities of all manufacturing factories in this province continues and those companies that do not comply with health laws will be stopped.
