Afghan Voice Agency(AVA)_Monitoring, Qari Zabiullah Jawhar, provincial police spokesman confirmed the incident to Bakhtar News Agency and said that the explosion happened in the Sarkhakan area of the Shah Joi district of the province on Friday evening.
