Invitation of the President of Iran to the King of Saudi Arabia to visit Tehran

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Tehran: Nasser Kanani, the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, who told reporters yesterday, Monday, April 17, at his weekly press conference: "The invitation of the King of Saudi Arabia has been received from the Islamic President of Iran, and the President has reciprocated. And he has invited them."
 
Earlier, in the first week of the month of Hamal, after the news of Saudi Arabia's invitation to Ayatollah Sayed Ibrahim Raisi to visit Riyadh was published, in an interview with Al Jazeera, he announced Iran's readiness to host King Salman.
 
Iran and Saudi Arabia agreed to resume relations on the 19th of Pisces. This unexpected agreement was reached after seven years of disconnection between Riyadh and Tehran with the mediation of China.
 
This agreement attracted a lot of global attention, and after that there were changes in the normalization of Iran's relations with other Arab countries, including the UAE and Bahrain.
 
The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran said about the latest developments related to the country's agreements with Saudi Arabia: the process of implementing the agreements between the foreign ministers of the two countries is progressing well. Fortunately, we have taken positive steps towards the implementation of this agreement. Technical delegations traveled and are doing their jobs well. The officials of the two countries welcomed the technical and preliminary delegations very well, good talks were held and very good facilities were provided to both sides.
