Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_Monitoring, Deputy PM, Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, met with Mawlavi Fazl -ul -Bari Fazli, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, a statement said released by his office.
Deputy Fazli, shared details about the future plans of the mentioned ministry, and said that the mechanization of agriculture, protection of forests, fighting drought, and marketing of agricultural products are the priorities of the Ministry, adding the Ministry strives to make Afghanistan self-sufficient in this sector, added to the statement.
For his part, Deputy PM, Mawlavi Kabir, reminded that the drought has damaged Afghanistan, farmers, said the gardeners need support and donor foundations should cooperate in this sector.
The Islamic Emirate fully supports the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock for the development of agriculture in the country.
