Brits decry arming Israel, call for Gaza ceasefire

British activists have staged a protest rally against the participation of Israeli companies in an arms exhibition in London while reiterating their demand to stop supplying weapons to the Zionist regime.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: Activists gathered in front of Twickenham Stadium chanting slogans that these companies equip the Israeli army with various weapons to kill the people in Gaza, according to a report published by Al Jazeera.
Carrying banners and placards with slogans in support of the people of Gaza, the participants also condemned the sale of British arms to the Zionist regime and demanded that it be stopped.
Separately, pro-Palestine demonstration took to the streets of London for the 19th consecutive week to denounce the barbaric crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza and demand an immediate ceasefire there.
Participants with different nationalities and religious background flooded the streets and chanted slogans fort justice and the end of apartheid in Palestine.
First, they gathered in Marble Arch Square in central London and then marched towards the Israeli embassy.
The protest movement demanded the cessation of British arms aid to the Zionist regime and the expulsion of the Israeli ambassador from London.
They carried the Palestinian flag and held placards that read: "Stop the occupation," "Free Palestine," and "Establish a ceasefire."/IRNA
