Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Valentina Matvinko, head of the Council of the Russian Federation, stated that the President of this country, Vladimir Putin, has already presented initiatives for a peaceful resolution of the war in Ukraine, and emphasized that Moscow is ready to negotiate with Kiev.
According to RYANVOSTI, Matvinko stated that Moscow is ready to negotiate with Kyiv considering Russia's national interests, and stated: Ukraine must accept the existing realities and Moscow immediately after the withdrawal of Ukrainian forces from the new regions of Russia that have joined the territory of this country. will give a ceasefire and declare his readiness to negotiate.
Matvinko continued by reminding that in order to start peace talks, Kyiv must also give up its intention to join NATO. Moscow wants a neutral Ukraine free of nuclear weapons.
