Mr. Shahin said, Afghanistan and Iran are neighbors and neighborliness has a very high position and value in religious texts, that's why the Islamic Emirate's effort is to have good relations with all its neighbors.

According to him, we have good relations and interactions with Iran and it is expected that bilateral relations will be strengthened with the change of government in Iran.

In this newsletter, it is stated that Jafar Mahdavi, a university professor and former member of the House of Representatives, the main speaker of this meeting, said that the issue of relations with Afghanistan is very important for Iran, because both countries share a 950 km border and have religious, linguistic and cultural commonalities.

He stated that in connection with the necessity of forming a comprehensive government in Afghanistan, there is still no common definition and understanding between the regional countries or Western countries with the Islamic Emirate.

Mehdavi added that the inclusive government plan by the countries and then presenting the list of specific and known corrupt people who were part of the corrupt system and their corruption cases are known and obvious to everyone, not only from the Islamic Emirate but also from the people of Afghanistan.

He emphasized the formation of an inclusive political structure from the internal point of view, the establishment of an efficient and effective national Islamic government, the necessity of using the human capacities of faithful Afghans, without bad records, experts and committed to the national interests of Afghanistan from all ethnic groups and strata inside and outside Afghanistan.

Referring to the successful foreign policy of the Islamic Emirate in the past few years, he said that although the military and armed struggle is over, now the struggle has begun in a broader, more complex and important dimension, which is governance, and especially in relations with other countries of the world. Is.

This former member of the House of Representatives emphasized that there is a need to resolve misunderstandings and therefore the responsibility of the foreign policy apparatus is very heavy and difficult.

Mr. Mahdavi said that the change of governments in Iran does not bring much change in the general policy, but it can be used as a new opportunity.

According to him, in Iran's foreign policy, the relationship between the Israeli regime is on the red line and the relationship with America is on the orange line, the fact that the Islamic Emirate had a firm and clear position towards the Israeli regime, both before and after the victory, can be a factor for the Islamic Emirate to come closer.

He considered the transition of Iran-Afghanistan relations from the complete security and ideological phase to the economic and cultural phase to the benefit of both countries and said that if the relations become economic and the interests are linked, the bilateral relations will be further strengthened and the current border problems will be resolved.

It should be mentioned that Iran and Afghanistan have had good relations in political, economic, commercial and security fields in the last few years and the officials of both sides have always expressed their interest in expanding relations.
