According to a decree issued by the esteemed Supreme Leader,  Sheikh al-Quran wal-Hadith Mawlawi Hibatullah Akhundzada, a committee has been established under the leadership of Acting Minister of Borders and Tribal Affairs, Mullah Noorullah Noori.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Monitoring: This committee includes deputies from border provinces, relevant provincial heads, district governors of border districts, and representatives from the Ministry of Defense in border districts.

The committee’s mandate is to address the issues faced by residents near the Durand Line and other border areas, providing essential services such as religious and modern education, healthcare, telecommunications, roads, and access to drinking water.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Finance has been instructed to allocate the necessary budget for the committee’s operations.

This initiative aims to address the challenges faced by residents in all of Afghanistan’s border regions and to meet their needs as effectively as possible.
