Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Energy and Water said in a statement that Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, the head of the ministry, met with officials of Masroor Ahmad Khan and Zafar Ahmadzai construction companies.

 

Officials of these companies expressed interest in investing in the second lot of the 70-kilometer Laghman Royal Canal and the construction of the Nuristan Kale Gosh Dam.

 

Mullah Mansour called for the legal process to be expedited and the practical work of the two projects to begin.
