The Office of the Supreme Shiite Religious Leader in Iraq, while condemning the Israeli regime's attack on the al-Tabi'in school in the Gaza Strip, pointed out that the Israeli regime had conspired to assassinate some commanders of the resistance axis and violated the sovereignty of the countries of the region.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The office of Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Sistani, the Supreme Shiite cleric in Iraq, issued a statement on Saturday afternoon in response to the Israeli regime's early morning attack on the al-Tabi'in school in the Gaza Strip.
 
The Israeli military attacked the al-Tabi'in school in the center of the Gaza Strip, which housed thousands of Palestinian refugees, during morning prayers on Sunday morning, claiming Hamas forces were present.
 
Palestinian sources said more than 100 Palestinians were killed and dozens wounded in the attack.
 
"Once again, the army of the Israeli occupation regime committed a mass massacre in proud Gaza by attacking the homeless and refugees in the Tabi'een school, which resulted in the martyrdom and injury of a large number of innocent civilians," Ayatollah Sistani's office said in response to the attack.
 
Ayatollah Sistani's office continued to call the attack a "horrific crime" of a series of serial and continuous crimes committed by the Israeli regime over the past 10 months, while noting that the Israeli occupation regime "has targeted some prominent resistance commanders with conspiratorial assassination operations in recent times. These assassinations have resulted in the martyrdom of a number of these commanders and violated the sovereignty of some countries in the region.
 
The statement said that the Israeli occupation regime has increased the risk of major conflicts in the region with these assassinations, which will have catastrophic consequences for the countries and nations of the region.
 
"Words are insufficient to condemn these heinous crimes committed by human savages without any human values ​​and high principles," the office of the Supreme Shiite Authority in Iraq also said.
 
Ayatollah Sistani's office called on the world to stand against this tragic atrocity and not allow the Israeli regime's plans to further harm the oppressed Palestinian nation.
 
At the end of the statement, the Muslim Ummah is called upon to exert pressure to stop the massacre of the people of Gaza and help the nation to act in solidarity and shoulder to shoulder.
