McCall once again demanded Blinken
Michael McCall, the chairman of the foreign relations committee of the US House of Representatives, on the eve of the three-year anniversary of the withdrawal from Afghanistan, which they describe as "confused" and "disastrous", asked the US Secretary of State to appear in Congress to answer this matter.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Mr. McCall made this request late yesterday (Tuesday, August 13) in a letter he sent to Anthony Blinken, the US Secretary of State.

In McCall's letter addressed to Blinken, it is stated that many officials from the Ministries of Defense, Foreign Affairs and the National Security Council of the United States have responded regarding the withdrawal from Afghanistan, but "you (Blinken) have not yet responded."

Anthony Blaken and the spokesperson of the US Foreign Ministry have not yet responded to this request of the Foreign Relations Committee of the US House of Representatives.

The Foreign Relations Committee of the US House of Representatives had previously pledged to reveal the hidden aspects of the withdrawal from Afghanistan, and so far several officials from different ministries have testified to the request of this committee regarding the withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Joe Biden's administration has been repeatedly criticized by the Republican Party for what it calls a "disastrous" withdrawal from Afghanistan.
