Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) _ Mazar-e-Sharif: Ehsanullah Kamgar, spokesman for Badakhshan police, said a fatal road accident occurred in Ashkasham and Shaghnan districts of the province on Sunday morning.
He added that four people, including a young girl, were killed and two others seriously injured in the incident.
He said the injured received basic medical services at the Ashkasham district health center and were transferred to the central hospital for further treatment.
Kamgar said the vehicle was heading from Ashkasham district to Shaghnan district with six passengers when it crashed.
It is worth mentioning that the difficult roads of Badakhshan province are one of the main causes of traffic accidents in this province.
