With the round-the-clock efforts of a committee consisting of military and national experts, the technical, engineering, electronic and navigational conditions of the crashed helicopter were carefully and expertly examined, the results of which are announced as follows:
All the documents and documents related to the maintenance and repair of the helicopter from the time of purchase and use until the time of the accident, including major repairs, replacement of main and important parts, were examined, and all actions were carried out according to the defined standards.
 
The documents and documents related to the repairs of the mentioned helicopter in the last 4 years, which are available in Panha (Iranian Aviation Support and Renovation Company), were also examined and reviewed by experts and no problems were observed in the process of actions taken.
 
Report of documents and correspondence related to the execution of the mission since the request of the helicopter from the hangar of the Islamic Republic of Iran by the presidential office, handover of the helicopter, definition of how to perform the mission and dispatch of the helicopter from Tehran to Tabriz, deployment at Tabriz airport, refueling, care of the helicopters , the manner of starting and continuing the flight mission of the officials to the designated places was received, which was in compliance with the necessary instructions, notices and regulations, rules, regulations and standards.

The reports of the Meteorological Organization (current weather, forecast and warnings of unstable weather conditions) from the day before and the day of the accident have been examined by experts, which were in accordance with the conditions that occurred on the day of the accident.
 
The information of the cabin voice recording system (CVR) and flight information recording in the FDR system of the helicopter with the flight crew (MIL 171) has been implemented and analyzed, and no emergency message or notification has been announced by the pilot of the helicopter in the said system.
 
According to the investigation report of the Technical Forensic Medicine Committee, no suspicious cases have been declared in the results of toxicology and pathology tests on the dead body of the martyrs.
 
The parts and systems of the helicopter have been examined by an expert and there were no signs of sabotage in the parts and systems.
 
The possibility of the helicopter being targeted by offensive and defensive systems, electronic warfare, and the creation of a magnetic field and laser has been examined by experts and specialists, and any interference of the mentioned cases in the occurrence of an accident is ruled out.
