Expanding economic relations between Central Asian countries and Afghanistan brings abundant economic benefits

Mohammad Shabir Bashiri, an economic expert, said that the TAPI project was launched by Turkmenistan about 20 years ago.
 
He said the main reason for the closeness of Central Asian countries with Afghanistan is economic, transit, transportation and strengthening their borders. .
 
The economic expert pointed to the access of Central Asian countries to South Asia through Afghanistan and China, India, Pakistan and Iran, and said it was necessary to expand their relations with the interim government and also said: In the security dimension, deepening trade relations and political interactions It is of special importance to them.
 
Mr. Bashiri stressed that the regional position of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan is important for Afghanistan to access the world markets and Central Asia, adding that the expansion of economic relations between these countries will bring abundant economic benefits to all parties.
 
He said the decision to remove the Islamic Emirate from the list of banned groups in Kyrgyzstan was based on commercial purposes and said that the country is also trying not to be deprived of the platform of trade relations that have been established between Afghanistan and Central Asian countries.
 
Abdul Ali Hasani, a political analyst, told AVA that countries always adjust their policies in order to ensure their own interests.
 
He said the aim of developing relations between Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and other countries of the region is to invest in Afghanistan.
 
The political analyst called Afghanistan a consumer of foreign products and added; It is therefore a good market for exporting countries.
 
He also said that Afghanistan needs a market for its domestic products and said: Therefore, relations with Central Asian countries will facilitate the export of goods produced by the country.
 
Mr. Hasani pointed out that Afghan officials and neighboring countries are trying to take advantage of mutual capacities, adding: The countries of the region should expand their trade and economic relations further.
 
Abdul Sediq Joyende, an economic expert, pointed to the problems Afghanistan has in importing and exporting with Pakistan, saying in an interview with AVA that interaction with Central Asia can solve Afghanistan's transit and trade problems with the world.
 
He said that economic and trade development between Afghanistan and Turkmenistan will create economic and political stability among the countries of the region, adding that in the near future, the TAPI project, optical fiber and railway will bring convergence of Central Asian countries.
 
The economic expert considered the export of marble, dried fruits and soft drinks, which are from Afghanistan's domestic products, to Turkmenistan as a factor in improving the country's economic situation.
 
This is while the official work of several important projects between Turkmenistan and Afghanistan will soon begin, and Kyrgyzstan's move to remove the name of the Islamic Emirate from the list of banned groups in the country seems to promise a bright horizon for the country.
