This letter states: Following the instructions received from the respective government, this correspondence is sent to draw your attention and with the aim of strongly condemning the deliberate and brutal bombing of the Iran Red Crescent humanitarian aid warehouse by the occupying regime of Israel on the night of October 9, 2024. The facility, which was located on the Syrian-Lebanon border, contained vital humanitarian equipment including 200 hospital beds, a fully equipped field hospital with 56 beds and advanced medical equipment, oxygen production units, critical medical items, two mobile bakeries, food and drinking water, 5000 food packages and other essential shelter items.
In this letter, he stated: This heinous attack on humanitarian aid is a clear violation of international law and a horrible act against efforts aimed at saving human lives. This humanitarian facility was established by the Iranian Red Crescent solely to provide vital aid to displaced Lebanese civilians and victims of the Israeli regime's incessant and brutal aggression, acting as a lifeline for those suffering from such atrocities.

The representative of Iran in the United Nations wrote in this letter: The Red Crescent of the Islamic Republic of Iran had officially informed the International Committee of the Red Cross of its intention to establish this humanitarian aid center.
