The Ministry of Justice says that the leader of the Islamic Emirate issued a decree asking officials and employees of ministries and government departments in the center and provinces to treat private sector activists well and avoid delays in their work. He also stressed that in order to grow the domestic industries and self-sufficiency of the country, they should use domestic products as much as possible.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Justice has announced the issuance of the decree of Maulavi Hibaullah Akhundzada, the leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, regarding the support of business and good interaction with the private sector.
According to this ministry, the leadership of the Islamic Emirate, taking into account the geographical location, the economic importance of the country, the recent economic and political developments in the region, the standardization of trade, increasing exports and establishing business relations with neighboring countries, the region and the world, the sovereignty of the Islamic Emirate.
In the announcement published by the Ministry of Justice, it is stated that by stating that the relevant ministries and departments of the emirate are obliged to provide the necessary facilities for trade in ports, crossing points and highways, keeping in mind the commercial and economic interests of the country, he also said: And the employees of the ministries and departments of the emirate in the center and the provinces are obliged to behave well with the private sector activists and avoid procrastination and delays in the relevant procedures in accordance with the effective legal documents of the country.
The leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has also emphasized that the ministries and government departments are obliged to use domestic products as much as possible in order to grow the domestic industries and self-sufficiency of the country.
Mr. Akhundzadeh also ordered that this decree be published in the official gazette from the date of ratification.
