Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) : The Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament announced that an agreement was reached with the US envoy to this country in order to establish a ceasefire between Hezbollah and the Zionist regime.
"Nabieh Bari" announced that he had reached an understanding with "Amos Hochstein", the envoy of Washington, regarding the terms of the ceasefire, the deployment of the Lebanese army in the south and the implementation of Resolution 1701.
Barry said in an interview with "Al-Sharq Al-Awsat" newspaper that Lebanon will not accept even one word of Security Council Resolution No. 1701 to be changed.
He added: "We are waiting for Hochstein to reach an understanding with Benjamin Netanyahu on what we have agreed upon."
Emphasizing the necessity of providing guarantees for the implementation of Resolution 1701 within a specified and agreed period, Barry said: If Hochstein reaches an understanding with Netanyahu, Lebanon is ready to implement and adhere to the agreement at any moment.
He continued: Now the ball is in Netanyahu's court, and we will see if he is ready to move within the framework that we have agreed with the American envoy, or if he will agree again as in the past?
On Wednesday night, on the eve of his meeting with the American envoy, Prime Minister Najib Mikati expressed his hope that a ceasefire with the Zionist regime would be established in the coming hours or days.
Meanwhile, the Zionist Radio and Television Organization reported that the American envoy Hochstein is preparing a draft agreement between the Zionist regime and Lebanon.

On Wednesday, the "Axios" website wrote to three well-informed sources: Biden's senior advisers will enter occupied Palestine on Thursday to try to conclude an agreement that will end the war in Lebanon.
Journalists and American officials said that an agreement that would end the war between the Zionist regime and Hezbollah could be reached within a few weeks.
According to Tel Aviv officials, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a meeting with several ministers and senior leaders of the Israeli army and intelligence services on Tuesday evening to discuss this possible agreement.
