Amnesty International: Israel has committed genocide in Gaza
While pointing out that the people of Gaza are facing a gradual death, Amnesty International emphasized that after 6 months of focused and in-depth investigations, we have no doubt that Israel has committed the crime of genocide in Gaza and that the United States and other supporters of Israel are complicit in this crime.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Amnesty International, in its new report on the crimes of the Zionists against the Gaza Strip, announced that Israel and its army have committed at least 3 of the 5 acts prohibited under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide; namely: killing, causing serious physical or mental harm to civilians, and imposing harsh living conditions on civilians that result in serious physical harm to them, while according to law, civilians must be protected.

The human rights organization emphasized: The United States and other allies of Israel may also be complicit in this genocide that Israel has committed, and we call on them to stop sending weapons to Tel Aviv.
The report continued that the Palestinians are now facing a gradual and systematic death and that the legal threshold for the crime of genocide has been reached in relation to Israel's actions in Gaza.
"Agnes Callamard", Secretary General of Amnesty International, stated in a conversation with journalists on this subject: "There is no doubt that Israel has committed genocide in Gaza and after six months of in-depth and focused research, we have not even the slightest doubt in this regard."
Callamard added: "The purpose of Amnesty International in conducting this investigation was not to prove the crime of genocide by Israel; but after examining the evidence and data, we concluded that Israel is deliberately committing genocide against civilians in Gaza and that the report we issued was in no way politically motivated or selective."
He noted: Israel's claim that its war on Gaza is aimed solely at destroying Hamas, not the Palestinian people there, is a claim that cannot be easily verified.
Amnesty International called on the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to investigate Israel's crime of genocide against Gaza, stressing that Palestinians in Gaza are facing a slow death.
The human rights organization stressed that Israel has opened the gates of hell and destruction to the Palestinians in Gaza and has been committing these crimes with complete impunity since October 7, 2023. Israel has committed acts to destroy the Palestinians that are prohibited by the Genocide Convention and treats the Palestinian people as if they are not human and do not deserve human rights or dignity.
According to Tasnim, the International Criminal Court also announced that it will continue to investigate the crimes committed by Israel against the Palestinians and cannot provide further details at this time.
This is despite the fact that numerous reports by UN rapporteurs have repeatedly referred to the genocidal crime of the occupying regime in Gaza, and each time, the Zionists, with the full support of the United States and the West, have escaped these accusations and punishment for it. Not long ago, following the continuation and escalation of the Zionists' brutal crimes against civilians in the Gaza Strip, Amnesty International, in a letter addressed to the European Union's foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell, called for an arms embargo on the occupying regime and called on the European Union countries not to supply weapons to Israel.
