Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): A source in the Syrian army announced this morning (Saturday) that the armed forces of this country have carried out a unique operation in the area of "Al-Dar Al-Kabeera, Talbisah and Al-Rastan" in the northern countryside of Homs province with the help and air cover of Syrian and Russian warplanes, artillery and missiles, as a result of which dozens of terrorists were killed and the attacking terrorists were in panic and confusion and fled en masse. The Jordanian embassy in Washington rejected the claims made by the American newspaper Wall Street Journal about Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, as quoted by Jordanian officials. The embassy expressed regret that such a media outlet had published unreliable and misleading information.

It is worth noting that Turkey considers only ISIS and groups close to the PKK as terrorists in Syria, and considers groups such as Hayat Tahrir al-Sham or the former Nusra Front to be among the opposition.

The Qatari Foreign Ministry announced this morning, Saturday, that Qatari Foreign Minister and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman called his Egyptian counterpart last night, during which the two sides discussed relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen them, as well as the latest developments in Palestine and Syria.
According to the Qatari Wah statement, bin Abdulrahman stressed that Doha is following the recent situation in Syria with concern and stressed the importance of keeping civilians away from the consequences and outcomes of the recent conflicts.
