The Zionist regime announced the continuation of indirect negotiations with the Hamas movement on the exchange of prisoners
The Zionist regime's officials announced that indirect negotiations between the regime and the Hamas movement are underway to exchange prisoners and implement a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): "Gideon Sa'ar," the Zionist regime's Foreign Minister, said in a speech today, Thursday, "Indirect negotiations on the prisoner exchange agreement are underway in Gaza."
He added: "There will be no ceasefire in Gaza without a prisoner exchange agreement, and we are working to achieve it."
Gideon Sa'ar emphasized: "I do not want to say anything that may harm the negotiations, but indirect negotiations are underway and we can be more optimistic than before."
In this regard, the Yedioth Aharonot newspaper website quoted a senior Israeli official as saying: "The prisoner exchange agreement may be reached within a week or two."
Meanwhile, the Israeli Prime Minister's Office announced that reports about progress in the prisoner exchange agreement negotiations are not true.
