Meanwhile, the commander of the southeastern regional headquarters of the Iranian army, referring to the actions of the country's army in recent months in the field of border blocking, said: One of the very important missions assigned to the Islamic Republic of Iran's army in 1403 AH, is the complete blocking of the country's eastern borders overlooking Afghanistan.
He added: Since the beginning of the mission announcement, with the establishment of a command headquarters in that area and the deployment of four engineering groups in the northeast and southeast of the country, the issue of blockade has been fully implemented.
This Iranian army official clarified; Our blockade is not simply a physical blockade, but is completely based on the edge of technology and includes all the requirements that govern a secure physical protection in the border strip.
Referring to the measures taken for the border blockade, the commander of the southeastern headquarters of the Iranian Army Ground Forces explained that the wall, border sensors, watchtowers, fiber optics and all the equipment required for deployment are among these means.
