The Syrian issues are the product of a joint plan between the US and the Zionist regime

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Tehran: Referring to the obvious role of a neighboring government in Syria in the events in this country, Imam Khamenei said: Despite this, there are numerous indications that show that the conspirators, planners, and main command room are the United States and the Zionist regime.
He called the behavior of the Zionists and Americans with the recent events in Syria one of these indications and added: If they were not the planners of the events in Syria, why did they not remain silent, unlike other countries, and practically interfere in the current events by bombing hundreds of infrastructure centers, airports, research centers, scientist training centers, and other places in Syria?
Referring to the official announcement by the United States of attacking 75 points in Syria in the first day or two of the events, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution said: In addition to targeting hundreds of points, the Zionists also occupied Syrian lands and brought their tanks close to Damascus, and the United States, which shows great sensitivity in much smaller border incidents in other countries, not only does not object but has also helped. 
Explaining another evidence of the US and Zionist regime’s interference in Syrian affairs, Imam Khamenei said: In the last days, some aid and facilities were supposed to be sent to the people of a region in Syria – especially Zainabiyah – but the Zionists blocked all land routes and American and Zionist planes made extensive flights, preventing this aid from being transported by air. If they are not the ones in charge and are not fighting Syria by being behind a terrorist or armed group, why did they prevent the Syrian people from being helped?
He called the goals of the attackers who are seeking to seize Syrian lands from the north and south different and added: In the meantime, America is seeking to consolidate its foothold, but time will show that neither of them will achieve their goals and undoubtedly the occupied areas of Syria will be liberated by the hands of the zealous Syrian youth.
Describing the future developments in the region, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution emphasized that America will be expelled from the region by the grace of God at the hands of the Resistance Front, saying: "The elements of arrogance think that the Resistance Front has weakened after the fall of the Syrian government, which was pro-resistance, but they are deeply mistaken because they fundamentally do not have a correct understanding of the Resistance and the Resistance Front."
He called resistance not a hardware that can be broken and collapsed, but a faith, thought, school of belief, and determination of the heart, and added: For this reason, resistance becomes stronger with pressure, and the motivation of its individuals and elements will become stronger and its scope will expand as they see the evils.
Imam Khamenei considered the strengthening of Hezbollah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and other Palestinian forces under the pressure of the last 14 months as a sign of this reality, and added: The pressure of the calamities and the loss of Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah was very heavy, but the power and fist of Hezbollah became stronger, and the enemy, observing this reality, sought a ceasefire.
Recalling the unprecedented crimes of the murderous regime in Gaza and the martyrdom of prominent figures such as Yahya Sinwar, he said: The enemy thought that the people of Gaza would rise up against Hamas under the bombings, but the opposite happened, and the people became more supportive of Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and other Palestinian militant groups than before.
Emphasizing that the spread of resistance throughout the region will be the definitive result of the pressures and crimes of the enemies, Imam Khamenei added: "That ignorant and uninformed analyst who considers these events to be the cause of Iran's weakening should understand that Iran is strong and powerful and will become even more powerful." He called resistance a reality rooted in the faith and belief of nations and added: Resistance, which means standing up to America and any other hegemon, and opposing dependence and servitude to America, is a very important belief for nations, and this belief has led to the passionate support of the nations of the region and, in a sense, the nations of the world for Palestine and their hatred of the Zionists in recent months. Referring to the passage of more than 75 years since the usurpation of Palestine, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution said: This issue should have been forgotten during this long period, but today the steadfastness of the Palestinian nation and the nations of the region on the issue of Palestine is ten times greater than during the usurpation of this land, and the common belief of the nations in resistance has further inflamed this flame.
He considered alignment with the Zionist regime to be the red line of the nations and added: The Zionists and their accomplices should know; according to divine tradition, crime does not bring victory, and today this divine tradition and historical experience is being repeated in Gaza, the West Bank of the Jordan River, and Lebanon.
Referring to Iran's presence in Syria in previous years, Imam Khamenei said: "A point that most people, especially the youth, are unaware of is that before we helped the Syrian government, that is, at the critical stage of the Sacred Defense and in a situation where everyone was working in favor of Saddam and against us, the Syrian government, with vital assistance to Iran and in a major and decisive move, blocked the oil pipeline from Iraq to the Mediterranean and deprived Saddam of its income." He called another reason for the presence of the youth and some Iranian commanders in Syria and Iraq to confront the sedition of ISIS, adding: ISIS was a bomb of insecurity and they sought to make Syria and Iraq insecure and then to be present in Iran and make our country insecure as their main and final goal.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution considered preventing the spread of insecurity to Iran as an important reason for the Islamic Republic's determination to confront ISIS, and noted: Our officials soon realized that if ISIS is not stopped, insecurity will engulf the whole of Iran, as people witnessed examples of their terrorist tragedies in the incidents at the Majles, Shah Cheragh Shrine, and Kerman.
Referring to a decree from Amir al-Mu'minin Ali (AS) that the enemy should not be allowed to reach home, because a nation that clashes with the enemy in its own home will be humiliated, he said: It was on this basis that our forces and Martyr General Soleimani and his colleagues went to Iraq and Syria, and by organizing and arming the youth of those countries, they stood against ISIS and broke its back.
Referring to ISIS’s goal of destroying the holy shrines and places in Karbala, Najaf, Kazmin, and Damascus, similar to their action in destroying the dome of the Holy Shrine in Samarra, Imam Khamenei said: “In the face of their hostility towards the holy shrine, it was clear that the faithful, zealous, and loving youth of the Ahlul Bayt would not allow any attack and would not remain indifferent.” He described the Islamic Republic’s military presence in Syria and Iraq as an “advisory” presence, meaning the establishment of central headquarters, determining strategies and tactics, being on the battlefield when necessary, and most importantly, mobilizing the youth of those regions, and added: “Our presence in Syria and Iraq did not mean sending armies from the army and the IRGC to fight in their place, because this is neither logical nor accepted by public opinion.” Referring to the numerous requests from the impatient and eager youth and Basijis to be sent to Syria at that time, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution said: The main presence of our forces in those areas was advisory, and in rare and necessary cases, in the form of the presence of mostly volunteer and Basij forces.
He called the training, organization, and arming of a group of several thousand Syrian youth to confront ISIS by the hands of Martyr Soleimani one of the outstanding actions of that distinguished general, and expressing regret over the dissolution of that group by the decision of Syrian military officials after a few years, he said: After the ISIS sedition died down, our forces mainly returned from Syria.
Emphasizing that the main war should have been fought by the Syrian army, Imam Khamenei added: Alongside the army, Basij forces of other countries have the possibility of fighting, but if the army shows weakness and apathy, the Basij forces will be unable to do anything, which unfortunately happened in Syria.
He added: Of course, the requirement for presence in any place is the support and agreement of the government there, just as we were present in Iraq and Syria at the request of their governments, and if they do not make a request, the path is closed and there will be no possibility of assistance.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution said: The current situation and sufferings in Syria are the result of the weakness and decline in the spirit of resistance and steadfastness that the Syrian army has shown.
Stating a few points regarding the events in Syria and the resistance front, he said: Everyone should know that things will not remain as they are, where a group comes to Damascus and attacks people's homes, and the Zionist regime advances with bombing, artillery, and tanks.
Imam Khamenei emphasized: The brave Syrian youth will definitely rise up and overcome this situation by standing firm and even suffering casualties, just as the brave Iraqi youth were able to expel the enemy from their homes and streets after its occupation by the US, with the help, organization, and command of our dear martyr. Of course, this work in Syria may take a long time, but the result is certain and certain.
In expressing the lessons and lessons from the Syrian incident for officials and members of the Iranian nation, he said: "The first lesson is not to neglect the enemy. In Syria, the enemy acted quickly, but they should have predicted and prevented it in advance, just as our intelligence service had transmitted warning reports to Syrian officials several months ago."
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution said: One should not neglect the enemy and underestimate him or trust his smile; because sometimes he speaks with a smile and a pleasant tone, but with a dagger in his back, waiting for an opportunity to strike.
He considered the danger of inaction to be sometimes greater than the incident itself and said: A believer should not become inert and feel that there is nothing he can do and that he should surrender. Just as in victories, the Quran advises gratitude and seeking forgiveness for shortcomings and avoiding pride. Therefore, in progress and success, pride is poison, and in shortcomings and problems, passivity is poison, and we must be careful of both of these.
At the end of his speech, Imam Khamenei called the Iranian nation ready for work and emphasized: With God's help, the roots of Zionism and evil Western elements in this region will be uprooted.
