Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The graduation program for more than 100 male and female Quranic science students was held by Shamsul-Ilm Religious School in Kabul on Friday (December 13) with the presence of scholars, educators, and students.
Sayed Mohammad Shirzadi, a school teacher and religious affairs expert at the program, strongly criticized the anti-religious approaches of Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, saying that Mohammed bin Salman brought female dancers and held vulgar programs in order to mislead Muslim youth.
He added that despite all the efforts made by the enemies of Islam to destroy the manifest religion of Islam, Islam has spread in the world.
Maulana Abdul Basir, a religious scholar, also said that if we turn away from the Sharia and the commands of God (J) and the Holy Quran, we will indeed be among the losers and will not be happy in this world and the hereafter.
He called on Muslims to have piety and said that whoever has piety and follows God (J) will reach a place that no one except God (J) can see.
Zia-ur-Rahman Ziaei, one of the teachers of this religious school, said in an interview with Ava reporter that in the ninth graduation round, more than 100 people graduated from both male and female classes in the department of memorizing the entire Quran, interpretation and Tajweed.
He added that the female department has a special interest in education in the field of Quranic sciences and added that today, out of the eleven memorizers, ten of them are female.
Mr. Ziaei said that now that universities and schools are closed to girls, they can progress in religious studies by studying in schools and become a source of service to society.
