Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): During the inauguration ceremony, Bamyan Governor Mawlawi Abdullah Sarhadi stated that the reconstruction of these buildings, located in the provincial center and districts, was carried out with financial support from the Ministry of Education. The total cost of the project amounted to 9,681,998 Afghanis.
