Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum said in a statement that a tender meeting for the sale of (1,460.64) tons of lead and zinc ore, the share of the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum from the Bibi Gohar area of Khakriz district of Kandahar province, was held in the presence of the head of the implementation of small-scale mining contracts, the committee of officials and the tender companies in the ministry.
In this meeting, the head of the General Department of Cadastre and Minerals Regulation provided the participants with detailed information regarding the transparency of the aforementioned process and the lead and zinc mines of that province.
In this process, among the participants, Sher Ahmad was declared the winner of (1460.64) tons of lead and zinc from the Bibi Gohar area of Khakriz district of Kandahar province at a price of (27,000) twenty-seven thousand Afghanis per ton.
