Hamas: Obstacles to ceasefire agreement removed/Netanyahu has no justification for rejecting the agreement
"Ahmed Abdul Hadi", the representative of the Hamas movement in Lebanon, stated in a speech that the obstacles to the ceasefire agreement in Gaza and the prisoner exchange have been removed due to Hamas's leniency and that the discussion is about a general and comprehensive agreement, and emphasized: Now the ball is in Netanyahu's court and he has no justification for rejecting the agreement.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): While the Gaza ceasefire and prisoner exchange negotiations resumed on Friday, January 3, in Doha, the capital of Qatar, and numerous news and rumors about the results of these negotiations are being published, especially by the Hebrew media, "Ahmed Abdul Hadi", the representative of the Hamas movement in Lebanon, announced in a speech to this effect that now the ball is in the court of Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, and after an agreement on all clauses, Netanyahu is the only one who can sign this agreement or, as usual, create obstacles in its path.
Ahmed Abdel Hadi, speaking to Al-Mayadeen, said: "Hamas is committed to its positions and continues to insist that any ceasefire and prisoner exchange must lead to a complete end to the war, the complete withdrawal of the occupiers from the Gaza Strip, and the return of Palestinian refugees in Gaza to their areas." He added: "Hamas showed great flexibility in the negotiations and facilitated the process of resolving all remaining issues out of its concern for the situation of the Palestinian people and with the aim of ending their suffering." Regarding who will govern the Gaza Strip the day after the war, the Hamas representative said: "The agreement stipulates that a Palestinian civilian party that is agreed upon by the people of Gaza will oversee the affairs of the strip, manage the crossings, and provide relief, reconstruction, and shelter for the people." Abdel Hadi noted: "To ensure the complete withdrawal of the occupying forces from the Gaza Strip in accordance with the agreement, Hamas has demanded maps that specify the process of their withdrawal from Gaza." In general, the atmosphere indicates that the agreement will be comprehensive and not partial, and its goal is to completely end the Israeli aggression on Gaza and the complete withdrawal of the occupying forces from this strip.
The Hamas representative noted: The mediators have been waiting for the official position of the Israeli regime and the signing of the agreement, and Netanyahu set conditions in the last moments of the negotiations, which Hamas, with the aim of completing the agreement, dealt with these conditions with leniency.
He continued: There is no longer any justification or argument for Netanyahu to prevent this agreement as in the past, and everything is supposed to go well; but we still cannot be sure, because Netanyahu is known for deceit.
Ahmed Abdul Hadi continued to emphasize that the battle of Al-Aqsa Storm has had many strategic results and the resistance continues to manage this battle competently.
These statements by the Hamas representative were made after news sources reported on Friday that indirect negotiations between Hamas and the Israeli regime, mediated by Qatar, had begun in Doha.
Qatari media outlets, including Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed, reported that information indicates that the mediators have succeeded in bridging the gaps in the negotiations with middle ground solutions.

Hebrew media outlets also announced that Israel has made significant progress in the prisoner exchange agreement with Hamas and may agree to a ceasefire in Gaza before handing over the list of living prisoners.
The Israeli Channel 12 television also reported, citing informed sources, that Israeli officials informed the families of Israeli prisoners that they expect an opening in the negotiations in the next few days.
Informed sources told this Hebrew-language media outlet, "We have reached this stage several times in the past, so we are announcing with full caution that we may be on the verge of this opening, and we must state this issue with full caution."
Hamas officials also emphasized once again that no partial agreement or the withdrawal of Hamas leaders from Gaza is included in the agreement, and that a comprehensive and comprehensive agreement will be reached.
