Sohrap Samadi, the head of the Afghan Yasini Oil refinery, said the plant was built at a cost of $50 million in seven months and has a capacity of refining 18,000 tons of crude oil per month.
 
The factory is also built on 50,000 square meters and has provided direct and indirect employment for more than 1,100 people.
