After the release of the US Supreme Court's statement, the White House announced that President Joe Biden will not take any action to save TikTok before the legal deadline on Sunday to hand over its ownership.

Donald Trump, Biden's successor, who will enter the White House on Monday and is an opponent of the ban on "TikTok", wrote on his accounts on social networks, stressing that everyone should respect the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States: "My decision on TikTok in A not-so-distant future will be adopted, but I must have time to consider the situation. On the other hand, Tik Tok issued a statement and warned that if the US government does not guarantee Google and Apple that the Supreme Court's decision will not be enforced, it will shut down Tik Tok in America.

Tik Tok's statement was issued a few hours after the Supreme Court of the United States declared a ban on the use of this social network in the United States.

At the same time, the legal community in America considers the said law to be a violation of freedom of expression. This law was approved by the Congress of this country in April 2024 at the height of the strategic differences between the United States and China.
