Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): In his last statements before implementing the ceasefire agreement, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said: "Israel will not implement the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip before receiving a list of the hostages (Zionist prisoners) that Hamas will release."
Netanyahu added in a projective statement: "Israel will not tolerate any violation of the ceasefire agreement and Hamas bears full responsibility."
After the Israeli Prime Minister announced the list of names of Israeli prisoners as a condition for advancing the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, the Hamas movement announced the reason for the delay in presenting the list of prisoners.
A source said that the delay in presenting the list of names of Israeli prisoners that the movement will release after the ceasefire agreement begins on Sunday morning at 8:30 local time is due to "technical reasons."
According to what was published by the Yedioth Ahronoth website, the source said that Hamas members "are actually communicating through emissaries, and it will take time to agree on the names and locations of the detainees while Israeli army planes are still flying over Gaza."
The source claimed that the list will only be published after the approval of Hamas leader Mohammed Sinwar.
Meanwhile, the Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesman told Al Arabiya Channel regarding Netanyahu's statements: "We want to ignore political statements at this time."
He added: “We have not recorded any violations or violations so far and we are confident in the parties’ adherence to the Gaza agreement and that things are progressing positively.”
He continued: “We know from our previous experiences that the prisoner exchange process is not easy.”
The Qatari official also noted that the Joint Operations Room to monitor the agreement in Gaza has begun its work in Cairo and will monitor the arrival of aid to the Gaza Strip as well as the prisoner exchange process.
He added: “We are optimistic about the seriousness of the Donald Trump administration in its commitment to supporting the Gaza agreement and we emphasize that failure in this agreement is not acceptable.”
The Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesman noted: “The necessary guarantees have been provided to resume negotiations on the second phase of the agreement.”
He continued: “We expect the Security Council to support the Gaza agreement.”
Israeli army begins withdrawal from Rafah in southern Gaza Strip
Meanwhile, Al Jazeera's correspondent reported on Sunday morning that the Israeli army began withdrawing from the Rafah areas towards the Philadelphia Corridor on the border between Egypt and the Gaza Strip in order to prepare for the implementation of the ceasefire agreement from this morning Sunday.
The Israeli army also declared the "Nitzana" crossing on the Egyptian border as a closed military zone as part of preparations for the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
