Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Pro-Palestinian supporters also stressed the need for a long-term solution, including lifting the blockade of Gaza, ending the occupation and holding the world accountable for human rights violations committed by the Israeli regime in Gaza.
In Stockholm, hundreds of people gathered in the Odenplan district, holding banners that read “Children are being killed in Gaza,” “Sanction Israel for genocide,” and “Palestine forever.”
They marched to the Foreign Ministry and urged decision-makers and policymakers to break their silence on the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
“If you look at all the children killed by the Israeli army, you have to bury one child every day and you have to stay there for 46 years for all the funerals. We must do our part as human beings and protest until this genocide stops. We must continue to fight for justice and freedom for Palestine.”
In Amsterdam, hundreds of people gathered in Dam Square to protest the Zionist regime and express their doubts about the ceasefire.
They also held placards that read “Stop the genocide,” “Boycott Israel,” and “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be liberated.”
One participant in the march called the ceasefire “a beginning” and called for the lifting of the Israeli blockade of Gaza to facilitate the entry of humanitarian aid into the strip.
Another participant expressed skepticism about the ceasefire, stressing that it would not end Israel’s apartheid system in the West Bank and called for an end to the Israeli occupation.
Thousands of people also gathered in Berlin in support of Palestine, calling the march a “victory march.”
The participants held banners that read “The ceasefire is just the beginning” and “Freedom for Palestine.”
They also chanted slogans against the Israeli regime.
The march in Berlin also became a little tense after clashes between supporters of the Zionist regime and supporters of Palestine, and the police arrested several people.
In Vienna, supporters of Palestine celebrated the ceasefire in Gaza and called for an end to the genocide in Gaza.
Participants held Palestinian flags and banners that read "Ceasefire Now," "No to Genocide," and "End the Siege of Gaza."
