Continued violation of the ceasefire by the Zionist regime in southern Lebanon
In the shadow of the inactivity of the Lebanese Ceasefire Monitoring Committee, the Zionist regime once again violated this agreement and continues to advance in the southern regions of Lebanon.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The Zionist occupying forces, who were supposed to withdraw from the Lebanese lands according to the 60-day ceasefire agreement, once again penetrated from the side of Maroon al-Ras to the outskirts of the city of Bint Jbeil and targeted the houses of this area. and two explosions in Wadi al-Salouqi located in the south of Lebanon.

Al-Mayadeen network correspondent in southern Lebanon reported today that Israeli soldiers advanced to the vicinity of Bent Jubeil city and targeted several residential houses in this area.

Lebanon's Ahed Network also reported a few moments ago that the Zionist infantry forces have moved from Maroon al-Ras to the suburbs of Bint Jbeil and to Al-Maslekh neighborhood.

Yesterday evening, the occupying forces arrested 3 peasants in the gardens of Mian Al-Wozani and Ain Arab near the borders of occupied Palestine, and a Merkava tank blocked the path of Wadi al-Salukhi towards Talusa and the town of Bani Hayyan, and the occupying forces carried out patrolling operations in the wadi.

In early December 2024, the Government of Lebanon agreed to deploy the army in the area south of the Litani River. The deployment of the Lebanese army in the south of the country was strengthened in line with the implementation of the ceasefire agreement between Lebanon and the Zionist regime, which began on November 27 in accordance with UN Security Council Resolution No. 1701.

While Lebanon has not violated the ceasefire agreement since its implementation and has adhered to its clauses, the Zionist regime has violated it hundreds of times.
