France again issued an arrest warrant for Bashar al-Assad
For the second time, the French judicial authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Bashar al-Assad on the pretext of killing a French-Syrian civilian in the attacks of the former Syrian army.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Yesterday (Tuesday), two French investigators issued an arrest warrant for former Syrian President Bashar al-Assad on charges of participating in war crimes.

In the verdict issued by the French judicial authorities, Assad was recognized as the commander-in-chief of the Syrian armed forces in the bombing of the city of Daraa in 2017 and the killing of a French-Syrian civilian.

According to the AFP news agency, informed sources said that the French judiciary believes that Assad ordered this attack and provided the facilities for this attack.

Accordingly, in an investigation that began in 2018, six senior Syrian army officials are currently the target of a French arrest warrant in connection with the case.
