Zionist regime: We have not made any promises to Saudi Arabia about the establishment of a Palestinian state
The Minister of Strategic Affairs of the Zionist regime said in his latest statements that the regime has not made any promises about the establishment of an independent Palestinian state as part of the talks to normalize relations with Saudi Arabia.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Ron Dermer, Minister of Strategic Affairs of the Zionist regime, said today (Wednesday) in the Zionist parliament (Knesset) that the regime has no commitment to the establishment of a Palestinian state within the framework of the talks to normalize relations with Saudi Arabia.

The Times newspaper, a Zionist publication, published this article, revealing that Dermer said in the Knesset: "No promises have been made about the establishment of a Palestinian state at all."

Dermer, who is not a member of the Knesset, spoke for the first time after being sworn in as a member of Benjamin Netanyahu's cabinet in December 2022.

Dermer, a key figure close to Netanyahu, said the regime's cabinet is working on a plan for managing Gaza after the war and stressed the need to "engage with the United States and regional powers" to ensure that the region is managed "according to the framework set by the prime minister."

Saudi Arabia, which reportedly made progress in talks with the United States to normalize relations with Israel before the Gaza war, has since made a complete ceasefire in the Gaza war and a guaranteed solution for the formation of an independent Palestinian state a precondition for continuing these talks.

According to ISNA, the Gaza ceasefire was announced last Wednesday with the mediation of the United States, Egypt and Qatar between the Hamas movement and the Israeli regime and went into effect on Sunday morning, including the flow of humanitarian aid to the war-torn population of Gaza and the release of prisoners from both sides of the war.

The 15-month Israeli attacks on Gaza have left nearly 47,000 people dead.

The Times of Israel also reported that Dermer said in the Knesset: "We will talk less and act more."

He also claimed about Lebanon that the Israeli regime "has the ability to use any violence and will do whatever is necessary to protect the security of the residents of the north," who have borne the brunt of Hezbollah attacks.
