Zelensky: US aid continues
The Ukrainian president announced that Washington's support for Kiev has not stopped, despite the US government's insistence on suspending foreign aid.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed that US aid to Ukraine is still flowing, although US President Donald Trump had previously announced a 90-day suspension of foreign aid.

Marco Rubio, the second Trump administration's Secretary of State, had previously announced that all foreign aid from Washington would be suspended for three months.

Zelensky said in a joint press conference with Moldovan President Maia Sandu: "We are still focused on military aid. Thank God this aid has not stopped!"

Confirming the suspension of foreign aid, Donald Trump announced that all government hiring and foreign aid have been temporarily suspended in order to curb inflation and reduce the cost of living.

Zelensky did not comment on the status of US humanitarian aid.

The United States, Ukraine’s largest military supporter, provides 40 percent of its military needs. According to data from the Ukrainian Defense Ministry and the University of Kiel in Germany, Washington has provided Kiev with more than $103.8 billion in aid over the past three years.
