Widespread regional and global reactions to Trump
Various regional and global parties and countries condemned Trump's conspiratorial statements about occupying the Gaza Strip and displacing its residents to other countries, declaring that these talks are futile and a clear violation of the Palestinian cause and threaten the stability of the region.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Following the reactions of the Palestinians as well as regional and international parties to US President Donald Trump's conspiratorial plan against Gaza and his statements about occupying this strip and displacing its residents, Mahmoud Abbas, the head of the Palestinian Authority, announced in a speech that we categorically reject any plan to occupy the Gaza Strip and forcibly displace the Palestinian people.

Mahmoud Abbas added: The Palestinian people will not give up their land and sanctities, and the Gaza Strip is an inseparable part of the State of Palestine.

Gaza is not for sale
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, in a statement condemning Trump’s conspiratorial remarks against the Gaza Strip, emphasized that these statements amount to a declaration of war against the Palestinian people.

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine added: “We strongly condemn Trump’s dangerous statements in which he talks about forced displacement plans against the people of Gaza. Gaza is never for sale and its residents will not leave their land; except to return to the cities and villages they occupied in 1948.

This Palestinian movement noted: Gaza will remain steadfast against all conspiratorial and colonial plans and the occupiers’ efforts to expel the Palestinian people, and the Palestinian people will defend their land and rights with all their might.”

“Sami Abu Shehadeh,” the head of the Palestinian National Democratic Rally Party, also stated in this regard: Gaza is not real estate or real estate, and if Trump sees Gaza as property, the people of Gaza are not sellers. They paid the price for their land with hundreds of thousands of martyrs and wounded and suffered suffering that is unprecedented in the history of humanity.

He added: "Trump and Netanyahu and all their allies cannot offer the people of Gaza any higher price than this. Gaza and its people will remain steadfast, and Trump and Netanyahu will be thrown into the dustbin of history."

However, "Mohammed al-Bakhiti," a senior member of the Ansar Allah movement's political bureau, also reacted to Trump's words and that he considers Jordan and Egypt to be the main destinations for transferring Gaza residents, saying: "If Jordan and Egypt want to challenge Washington, we stand with these countries."

Talking about any plan to displace the people of Gaza is a waste of time.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, stating that he is opposed to any plan that aims to remove the people of Gaza from the equation, said: "The issue of expelling Palestinians from Gaza is a situation that neither the region nor we accept, and even thinking and talking about it is a waste of time and a mistake."

The Egyptian Foreign Ministry also issued a statement rejecting Trump's plan for the Gaza Strip, stating that Gaza is part of the Palestinian territories.

In response to Trump's remarks, Russia said that it heard Trump's words about the Gaza Strip, but the reality is that Arab countries do not accept such an idea. We are moving based on the UN framework for resolving the Palestinian issue based on the "two-state" solution.

Amnesty International also stated that Trump's plan for Gaza is an inhumane plan and we strongly condemn the occupation of land and the deprivation of the right to self-determination of the Palestinian people that Trump spoke about.

Wave of global opposition to Trump's dangerous plan for Gaza
The European Union's special representative for the West Asia region, in opposition to Trump's plan, stated that there is only one solution, and that is the two-state solution. Real security can only be achieved through real peace.

The Kremlin responded to Trump's plan by saying: "We heard Trump's words about Gaza and the displacement of its residents, but the truth is that Arab countries do not accept this idea."

The deputy secretary-general of the Arab League also said: "We categorically oppose Trump's statements about Gaza."

The French Foreign Ministry stressed: "The forced displacement of Gaza residents is a dangerous violation of international law."

Last night, during a press conference with the Israeli prime minister, Trump announced that the United States would assume ownership of Gaza and station its forces there after the Palestinians leave.

Trump said that after settling the Palestinians elsewhere, the United States would rebuild the strip and turn it into a pleasant place where people from all over the world, including Palestinians, would live. He did not explain under what authority the United States would seize this land and build on it.

These statements by Trump and his envoy publicly express the intention of the new US administration to implement its traditional plan to displace Palestinians and completely occupy the Gaza Strip; an issue that was met with a strong reaction from popular groups and the Palestinian resistance, who emphasized that the people of Gaza stood against the most heinous crimes against humanity of the Zionists for more than 15 months and did not give up their land, and therefore any conspiracy designed by Trump or any other party will still fail.
