Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The official Syrian News Agency (SANA) reported that a mine exploded in one of the eastern areas of Aleppo, Syria, killing four people and wounding another.
Yesterday, five Syrian citizens were killed and several others were injured after a mine exploded in one of the villages of "Manbij" located in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, Syria.
Last Monday, a car bomb exploded at the southern entrance to Manbij, which is under the control of the so-called Syrian National Army (supported by Turkey), killing 21 people, including 20 women.
Media sources announced that 10 Syrian citizens were also injured in the incident.
No group claimed responsibility for Monday's attack, but local security forces said it may have been carried out by the PKK/YPG.
Since the fall of Bashar al-Assad in Syria, the PKK has reportedly tried to exploit regional instability to establish a "terror corridor" along the Turkish border.
