Al-Arabiya TV reported that the Israeli army forced Palestinian civilians to leave the city on foot in the cold weather.
Israeli forces have been present in the northern West Bank for about 20 days and have destroyed the infrastructure of these areas to fight resistance groups.
The operation, which began in the northern West Bank under the name "Iron Wall", will continue throughout the month of Ramadan, according to Israeli media.
