Organization of Islamic Cooperation continues to support Afghanistan/ Bakhit: We are not in favor of a biased approach
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that the deputy head of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation said in a meeting with the acting head of the ministry that the organization is not in favor of a biased approach in dealing with Afghanistan and that the Organization of Islamic Cooperation will continue to support Afghanistan in every way.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement saying that Maulvi Amir Khan Muttaqi, acting head of the ministry, met with Tariq Ali Bakhit, deputy head of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the organization's special representative for Afghanistan.

In this meeting, strengthening the representation of the Islamic Emirate in this organization and security, educational, economic, humanitarian and development aid and counter-narcotics issues were discussed.

In this meeting, Mr. Muttaqi, referring to the achievements of the Islamic Emirate, said that the objective realities are very different from what is reflected in the media.

On the other hand, Tariq Ali Bakhit said: The Organization of Islamic Cooperation does not favor a strong-willed approach in dealing with Afghanistan and believes in the solution of accepting the realities and reflecting them.

He also assured that the Organization of Islamic Cooperation will continue to support Afghanistan in every way.

It is worth noting that the Organization of Islamic Cooperation has close political relations with the Islamic Emirate.
