Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement saying that Maulvi Amir Khan Muttaqi, acting head of the ministry, met with Tariq Ali Bakhit, deputy head of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the organization's special representative for Afghanistan.
In this meeting, strengthening the representation of the Islamic Emirate in this organization and security, educational, economic, humanitarian and development aid and counter-narcotics issues were discussed.
In this meeting, Mr. Muttaqi, referring to the achievements of the Islamic Emirate, said that the objective realities are very different from what is reflected in the media.
On the other hand, Tariq Ali Bakhit said: The Organization of Islamic Cooperation does not favor a strong-willed approach in dealing with Afghanistan and believes in the solution of accepting the realities and reflecting them.
He also assured that the Organization of Islamic Cooperation will continue to support Afghanistan in every way.
It is worth noting that the Organization of Islamic Cooperation has close political relations with the Islamic Emirate.
