Qatari Prime Minister: Israel Rejects All Proposals for the Establishment of a Palestinian State

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani said on Friday evening in an interview with American journalist Tucker Carlson: We said that we are ready to provide security guarantees to Israel and engage in economic cooperation. Even the proposal to disarm an independent Palestinian state means that we are ready for everything, but Israel has always opposed everything.

 

According to the Sputnik report, he added: There are only a few leaders in Israel who have the courage to say that this is the only solution, but there have been no such leaders in recent years.

 

Abdulrahman Al Thani said: "The dangers that threaten Israel's security continue to exist due to the lack of a Palestinian state."

 

He also said: "The Emir of Qatar always tells me that if we can save one person, it is worth considering. We have been subjected to incredible attacks during the 15 years of Israel's war on Gaza. No one can tolerate such attacks. We have worked hard to achieve this agreement."

 

He added: "The moment we wanted to announce the ceasefire, we witnessed ceremonies in the streets both in Gaza and in Israel. That moment makes us forget everything."

 

Earlier, US President Donald Trump had called for the transfer of a large number of Palestinians to Jordan, Egypt and other countries. These statements angered Palestinian groups and were opposed by Arab countries.
