Former Kyrgyz and Azerbaijani officials interested in investing in Afghan mines
The Ministry of Mines and Petroleum says that the former deputies of the Ministries of Mines of Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan, in a meeting with the acting minister of the ministry, considered investment opportunities in Afghanistan suitable and expressed their readiness to invest in the country's mines and establish standard laboratories.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum issued a press release today (Monday, March 10) saying that Mullah Hedayatullah Badri, the acting minister of the ministry, met with Almasbek Tumanov, former deputy minister of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Mines, and Azar Shukurov, former deputy minister of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Mines.
 
The Ministry of Mines and Petroleum says that the former deputies of the mines of the mentioned countries considered investment opportunities in Afghanistan suitable and expressed their readiness to invest in the country's mines and establish standard laboratories.
 
Meanwhile, the Superintendent of Mines and Petroleum has assured that necessary cooperation will be provided to provide more facilities to foreign investors.
 
With the provision of national security in the country, investors' interest in investing in the country has increased.
