Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Amid the widespread deployment of security forces and the reduction of violent acts in the two cities of Latakia and Tartus in the Syrian coastal region that occurred in the past few days, life is gradually returning to these two cities.
Meanwhile, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights announced that armed groups (affiliated with the Golani government) continue their criminal acts against the residents of the Syrian coastal region despite the claim of the end of the security operations (by the Golani government).
The organization added: Chaos and crimes continue on the Syrian coast. This is while the Golani government claims to have ended military operations in these areas against those it claims are survivors of the former regime, hundreds of innocent women, children and elderly people were massacred in these crimes, and the Golani government calls them survivors of the former regime and justifies their killing.
In this context, refugees in the Russian Hmeimim base refuse to leave and have called for international protection due to threats from armed individuals, some of whom are affiliated with the government. They said that armed individuals entered two villages on the outskirts of Tartus.
At the same time, a delegation of members of the United Nations entered western Syria today (Monday) to investigate the massacre of Syrian civilians by forces under the command of Abu Muhammad al-Julani.
Hassan Abdul Ghani, spokesman for the Syrian Ministry of Defense, confirmed the end of military operations in the coastal areas and said that public institutions can resume their activities.
He added that the security forces were able to stop the attacks of protesters, including groups affiliated with the former regime, and to keep the protesters away from vital centers and to establish security along the routes from which the protesters were attacking.
On the other hand, the number of civilians killed in western Syrian cities by forces under the command of Abu Muhammad al-Julani is rapidly increasing and has approached the 1,000 mark.
The group known as the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported today (Monday) that 973 Syrian civilians, including dozens of women and children, have been killed by Syrian rebels in the past 72 hours.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, forces under the command of al-Julani have killed hundreds of civilians in western Syrian cities, claiming that the Alawites support the former Syrian government.
The Observatory reported that 545 people were killed in Latakia, 262 in Tartus, 156 in Hama and 10 civilians in Homs.
The organization also noted that 39 mass killings had occurred in Syria over the past four days and that there had been no obstruction to the crimes.
