Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Tehran: The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, referring to the country's cooperation with the Nuclear Agency, said: "A new idea is on the table to resolve issues that we are examining." He said: "We have a plan and a plan regarding possible nuclear negotiations."
The Iranian Foreign Minister explained: "I was trained as a diplomat to think nationally, and I will move in that direction. Wherever I think the country's national interests are secured, I will go and do my duty. Whether it is in New York, Kabul, or Beirut."
Explaining Iran's reaction to Trump's pressure policy, Araghchi said: "If we enter into negotiations in a situation where the other side is imposing maximum pressure, we will have entered into negotiations from a low position and will not achieve anything. This is not a matter of stubbornness or idealism, but a matter of expertise. It must be proven to the other side that the pressure policy is ineffective so that we can sit at the negotiating table on equal terms." The Iranian Foreign Minister continued: "Our strategy of patience is not based on passive patience, but patience with initiative. We do not have a passive policy at all to sit and watch what decision they make for us; no, we even have a plan and a plan regarding possible nuclear negotiations. The negotiations are taking place indirectly. The channel of three European countries is in place; we are cooperating with Mr. Grossi and the nuclear agency, and there is a new idea for solving the issues that we are examining."
